You thus have the possibility to connect to your 3270 applications (CICS, IMS…) from heterogeneous terminals (Minitel, VTxxx, PC, 3174c…) without any modifications. Most of the Videotex applications under CICS are supported in complete transparency (SRTV, VDS, AVX, health card, memo, Joutel, Joufax…).

Inversely, you can also permit authorized users and host applications to connect from heterogeneous servers.

Virtel Outgoing Calls makes it possible to connect authorized users via the host to heterogeneous external servers. It includes minitel emulations, VTxxx, 3174C and X25 connections to bank networks: Banque de France, Electronic Payment Authorization Centre … This emulation is available in the conventional LU2 form, integrated with your menus from a single browser (Pletor'X).
