SysperTec Communication is primarily a software publisher.
However, our consultants build, by assembling various software building blocks developed by SysperTec Communication, quot;customized" solutions adapted to each client problem.
To do this, our consultants take into account the objectives of each client, his environment and his technological choices (the network constraints, 2-tier or 3-tier architecture, the security features, the customization of applications accessible from the work station, and the access rights…). The goal is to propose a software solution that is perfectly adapted to the context of each client, simply, quickly and at the least cost (few or no specific developments).
Incidentally, SysperTec Communication often works with other service providers (SSII, consultants, and integrators…) to allow for the integration of its solutions in a larger project, with complete transparency for the client company.

One customized pre-sales step:
- Competent, customer-driven pre-sales consultants listen to the needs and specificities of our clients;
- A customized adaptation of our solutions in the context of each client;
- The set-up of mock-ups to demonstrate the feasibility, the simplicity and the performances of our solutions.


Simple solutions to be installed:
Our software is installedœwith or without the assistance of a SysperTec Communication technician. It is he who selects the adapted parameters and who tests the required functions under your operating conditions.
A conventional installation of Virtel Web-to-Host, for example, takes less than half a day.

Adaptive training:
At the time of the installation, an administrator designated by the client is trained in the parameterization. Development interfaces are delivered with examples and training is ensured within the framework of the prototype development adapted to the client's project.
Once in production, our software becomes "invisible" and is quickly forgotten. Our support is still available, however, to guide the administrator when he wants to modify or add parameters.

Support ensured by experts:
Each software item is supported by several experts available:
- by telephone during office hours;
- par email.
Specific support can also be provided for critical applications or special operations.
Within the scope of its support services SysperTec Communication is responsible for the response times.
Moreover, a protected access service will be available very soon on this server to immediately expose incidents, to follow them and to look for solutions and to load corrections.

Possible specific developments:
The software approach of our solutions consists of integrating each adaptation or new function in a single version. A specific request, if it is processed, thus becomes generic to the product without disturbing the existing functions.
