Syn@pse has been seamlessly integrated, without any modification of the existing system. Groupama can still use the EAI developped for their previous solution, and SysperTec developped a specific web service in order to ease the dialog with Syn@pse.

Iveco Capital, an Iveco Group finance company, wanted
to speed up the process of approving financing for Iveco vehicles and allowing dealers to provide an almost immediate response to
prospective customers. Synapse was chosen for its ability to automate the collection and analysis of legal and financial data using
Iveco Capital's scoring methods and decision tree. Syn@pse was then used as a front office tool, with the SynDecision module using
Iveco Capital's decision tree to refine data collection and to minimize the cost of purchasing data by analyzing initial responses
to establish whether purchasing additional data is useful for decision making.

Internet portal to facilitate its processes for opening accounts and managing credit risk. |
