Syn@pse has been seamlessly integrated, without any modification of the existing system. Groupama can still use the EAI developped for their previous solution, and SysperTec developped a specific web service in order to ease the dialog with Syn@pse.

Boursorama, a subsidiary of Société Générale, has chosen Syn@pse to automate and integrate the process of collecting data in its CRM application in order to automate the validation of online requests to open an account.

Crédit Agricole CEDICAM has chosen the Synapse suite for its credit risk and customer data

CEDICAM, a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole that specializes in processing payments and cash flow, has used Syn@pse since 2004 to automate the collection of data from different information servers. CEDICAM incorporated this mechanism within its internal telecommunications network and in some business applications. A simple, fast, and secure collection process that allows users to share collected data that can be viewed from a Web portal or application.

Iveco Capital

Syn@pse and Syn-Décision have deployed at Iveco Capital to simplify and speed up the process of approving financing and processing contracts.

 

Iveco Capital has chosen the Synapse suite for its credit risk and customer data

Iveco Capital, an Iveco Group finance company, wanted to speed up the process of approving financing for Iveco vehicles and allowing dealers to provide an almost immediate response to prospective customers. Synapse was chosen for its ability to automate the collection and analysis of legal and financial data using Iveco Capital's scoring methods and decision tree. Syn@pse was then used as a front office tool, with the SynDecision module using Iveco Capital's decision tree to refine data collection and to minimize the cost of purchasing data by analyzing initial responses to establish whether purchasing additional data is useful for decision making.

HSBC chooses Syn@pse to facilitate its account opening process

HSBC has chosen SysperTec's Synapse solution to automate its data collection and to integrate it with its Internet portal to facilitate its processes for opening accounts and managing credit risk.

 
 

HSBC has chosen Synapse to handle its credit risk and customer data

« To accommodate all of our business procedures, the solution we set up combines the integrated and portal forms of Synapse. Integrated mode allows us to automatically generate a request to the Banque de France when opening an account from the New Account application, while portal mode makes it possible to perform specific requests on demand.

Carefully managing user profiles and rights (in association with the central user database), controlling the procedures for interfacing with the Banque de France, and archiving data all make it possible to simplify and optimize the request process and cost control. RBS Factor

RBS Factor, a Royal Bank of Scotland credit institution that specializes in factoring, is required to check the health of its customers (from whom it purchases invoices) and verify the capital base of their debtors.
